“M/s. Silpi construction contractors” is an “A” class Civil Construction firm managed by the partners, who have been leading this firm successfully for over the last 30 years. The partners being Mr. F. Abilius, Mr. Tomson Sabu Abilus and Mrs. Jemma Abilius. The registered office of the firmt is located at ‘Shalom’ TC 34/1401(1), Opp .Domestic Airport,Valiathope, Trivandrum 695008. The firm is formed by the partners with the object of promoting business in the field of civil construction in the region of southern India especially in Kerala.. This project report is for getting adequete OD & BG Facilities to run and expand the company’s operations.

  • Mr.F.Abilius, Managing Partner of Silpi construction contractors, residing at ‘Shalom’, TC 34/1401(1), opp .Domestic Airport, Valiathope, Thiruvananthapuram -695008 who is having around 30 years of experience in the field of civil construction. He is also one of the Trustees of the Good Shepherd Educational Trust, which are the owners of The School of the Good Shepherd.
  • Mr. Tomson Sabu Abilius B.E, Partner, Engineer by profession, residing at ‘Shalom’, TC 34/1401(1), opp .Domestic Airport, Valiathope, Thiruvananthapuram -695008, who is having around 20 yerars of experience in the field of civil construction.
  • Mrs. Jemma Abilius, Partner, residing at ‘Shalom’, TC 34/1401(1), opp .Domestic Airport, Valiathope, Thiruvananthapuram -695008. She is also one of the Trustees of the Good Shepherd Educational Trust, which are the owners of The School of the Good Shepherd. At present she is the Financial Director of the School.

Projects

Our projects originate from negotiated construction contracts and competitive bidding. We encourage the "Team Concept", working closely with the owner, architect and engineer during planning, schematic design, working drawings and construction phases. The "Team" does not stop here; it carries through to the selection of subcontractors and suppliers. This approach assures the best combination of methods and materials, as well as the best team to satisfy a specific need and budget. The "Team Concept" and Global's performance history have established a record of repeat business from developers and architects.

Global's basic philosophy is to provide professional construction expertise on all projects. Toward this goal we have assembled a staff of professional estimators and managers. The use of the latest electronic information systems enable our management staff to make informed decisions on every project.
